Our family’s story

We grew up working as a family, milking cows on the small farm that our grandparents bought over 60 years ago. Farming has changed a lot in 60 years, and our family has shifted focus to maple syrup as the dairy industry becomes increasingly challenging for smaller farms.

The Adirondack Coast has a long history of farming and is blessed with hard-working people who understand how to work with the rhythm of nature to coax a living from the earth. Farming is a way of life, and we are proud to carry on this tradition in the lush maple forests we farm in the foothills of the Adirondacks.
